Ellie Hawkins MUA – Standard Glam Makeup Appointment Terms & Conditions
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your makeup appointment.
This deposit will be deducted from your final payment on the day of your service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least seven (7) days before your appointment to retain your deposit.
Rescheduled appointments must be booked within six (6) weeks of your original appointment date.
Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than seven days’ notice or do not attend your appointment.
Allergies & Skin Sensitivities
Please inform me of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before your appointment.
I use professional-grade products, but I cannot be held responsible for any reactions that occur if allergies are not disclosed.
If you have a history of allergies, I recommend booking a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to stay on schedule or rescheduled, but your deposit will still be retained.
If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and the remaining balance for the service will still be due.
Failure to pay this balance may result in being blocked from making future bookings.
Health & Safety
If you are feeling unwell or have any contagious conditions, please reschedule your appointment to protect the health and safety of all clients.
All brushes, tools, and products are sanitised before and after each use, and hygiene is maintained to the highest professional standard.
